Hampton House Apartments

Well it’s cooling down now in the unit with the rain falling outside. My son informed Cassandra of the a/c not cooling properly around noon on 2/20/26. I’m disappointed. After reading a few of the most recent reviews, my experience is not raving reviews. Sarcasm is not professional. I do not appreciate the unnecessary adjustments on the ledger for $200 when payment made on Monday, February 2, 2025 in the office drop box and on February 6, 2025 you Cassandra notices the payment. This behavior is unacceptable of a professional leasing agent. You went the entire week without checking the box on the beginning of the month when payments are due. Intentional behavior. I’ll be in Monday, Feb. 23, 2025.

I am not one for long reviews but I am FED up! I wish i could give this place no stars if I could. I have lived here for almost 4 1/2 years. It has gotten worse every year. This past year has been the complete worst! It all started when some people moved in above me. They are nasty, loud and do not care that people have jobs and need to sleep at 12 and 2am in the morning during the week while they are blasting music! Everyone and I around them complained. What happens? NOTHING. They told us to call the police and that did nothing as well! All my neighbors have moved out in the same month. Mind you, we are supposed to have a courtesy officer on site as listed on the amenities. Was in here almost two weeks ago and me and my daughter was treated horribly by a member of staff that advised she was a manager. After reading into the policy I feel we were discriminated against. This makes me so upset every time I think about the experience.

The manager Tiffari is Amazing!!! She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. I would definitely be referring my friends to move in here as long as she is here. The property has been running smooth with her as manager.

Cassandra was very helpful in my moving in process! She answered all of my questions with kindness and was very knowledgeable of the property! If you’re looking to stay here make sure you ask for her!
