Hampton Greene and Crest Apartments

Office hours and pool hours suck. Office 10-5 and pool the same. No one can use the pool bc most people have to work. Before this management came in. The pool was open from 8-7 and office was from 8-5. And this year they are charging everyone an extra $1200/year for what? CHANGE THE POOL TIMES BACK. Oh 1 more things the gym sucks don't use it.

When you need something fixed. You have to flag the maintenance guy down and tell them about it but they end up forgetting. And I have a bug problem since we moved in and nothing has been done about it. And my first power bill was over $350 bc someone stuck a piece of plastic in the switch to keep it running constantly and they won't call me back about splitting the bill. They are avoiding helping out to pay the bill even when it wasn't at no fault to our own. Management is not professional at all. Nice place but crappy services.

The lady who is the new manager there is the nicest person, she's just a great lady and I'm so glad to have met her.

I was in touch with a manager there who DID NOT HELP ME WHAT SO EVER! I checked back and MS T was in the office AND SHE HAS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! She ALWAYS answers the phone , she is ALWAYS IN THE OFFICE ! She is very considerate and in todays day and time that’s what this world needs! It’s so much negativity and she has such a great spirit about her and so much care to give! I love her !

Recently moved here, very nice apartments. Ask for Tiyonne Hall the property manager, affectionately called Ms.T. Ms.T goes above and beyond to get you approved, if you don't get approved it's not because of her not trying. It took me 2 months or better but Ms.T never gave up, she kept working until she got me in. Unlike other apartments I've lived at everyone is treated the same here, with dignity and respect. Thanks so much Ms.T for everything you did to help me get an apartment. I highly recommend Ms.T and Hampton Greene and Crest apartments.
