Hampton Gardens Apartments

As a tenant in Hampton Gardens DeSoto, I have been very pleased how management handles all requests for maintenance. The manager Coty personally responds to text messages and calls regarding maintenance needs in a timely manner. It is always good to see Mike show up to take care of the maintenance needs after Coty’s directions. Coty makes living in Hampton Gardens comfortable and peaceful. He makes sure that he follows up on any concerns as soon as they are brought to his attention. Coty is very courteous and businesslike in his responses and work attitude. Thank you, Constance

Place is rundown with a new coat of paint it's not worth what you pay and management is shady. Edit to respond to "owner" Im the son of the person that stated when moved in there where roaches everywhere you can try to save face as much as you want you also try to do small stuff for the tenants and get them to put in a good review but it only shows the shady shit going on you moved us to a different apartment because of it but while we had to wait for the other apartment roaches crawled on me my young little brother and mom stuff don't try the bs if I can attach pics I would they where coming from everywhere I walked in the room my mom and little brother stayed in an roaches were falling from ceiling and wall and crawling on the bed and pillow you know who I am if this is Cody the owner ha

I wish I could give ZERO stars. When I first moved in, in Jan 2022 there was a different property manager. He was really good and always on the property. He kept the landscaping well maintained, and was always prompt and considerate when it came to maintenance issues. The new property management took over and this place has gone downhill fast. The rent has skyrocketed even faster! Several longtime residents moved out and will be right behind them when my lease is up. The issue that CONSTANTLY causes me frustration almost every time I go to use it, is with the Laundry Room. There are only two washing machines for all of these units, and 9 times out of 10 only one of them is working properly. Just eating up my coins (and washing powder) and there is not a coin machine in there to get more

I love how quiet the apartments are, but what I appreciate the most is the manager Cody who shows genuine concern about the issues and how fast Mike with maintenance gets the jobs done efficiently and quickly…..UPDATED REVIEW….living there didn’t end as it started & you get what you pay for!
