Living here since 2021. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. management is very efficient, and has the best interest of all residents who live here. There's a wait list usually and if you can qualify and get through all the paperwork and there's a lot it is definitely a great place to live! Super affordable!

Love my apartment and neighbors! I am grateful for my little place to rest! The apartment flooded from the unit above me Dec 21,22 2023. Thank you Joplin FD you are amazing! We are team working a solution for my apartment repairs! Someone billed for repairs not complete. Maybe an accounting honest mistake. It happens. Please do not harass Jessica and Courtney! Whats the point in having office hours if we aren't even going to stick to them? How come none of the phone numbers posted take you to anyone that can help? Seems like yall are only in the office at the first of the month to collect rent.

The apartment above me had a water leak the first of MAY. I went to the management office every week to every other week, asking them to fix the water damage from it. They always had an excuse for why they hadn't fixed it. Well, wouldn't you know black mold started to grow (this is in my bedroom, mind you). I told them about the mold, but they still continued to put it off. Finally, come AUGUST I got sick of their excuses and called the government agency that funds the apartments. They said they would speak with management and have the issue fixed right away. Maintenance came in while I was at work and painted keels on the mold. Awesome, that's great. However, he didn't cover the carpet and got the paint spray all over it. PLUS, when he painted, he didn't bother to take care of the hole th

My experience living at The Hampshire Landing has been amazing!! I love my apartment. Location is amazing to pretty much every where in town I need to get to. Very affordable and low utilities. The environment is wonderful as well. I always feel very welcome when I come into the office for anything. I recommend this place to everyone who wants quiet and a place safe for your children to play!!
