Had a nice tour of 2 Bedroom layouts- plan B and plan E. There are many other floor plans offered! Renovation features seemed nice and the patio spaces were larger than expected. Offers additional storage and garage spaces.

So in love with this peaceful place, away from the cacophony of everyday’s hustle bustle. The greenery all around will detox your soul and comfort your eyes! The amenities, needless to say involves a gym, a clubhouse, two swimming pools etc. I find the office staff very warm and helpful. More than anything, the greenery and spring flowers will steal your heart!

I’ve lived at Hampshire Downs for a year, and while the location is decent, the management has consistently been a source of frustration. They regularly schedule questionable “maintenance” or “inspections” that often feel unnecessary and intrusive. After I gave notice that I’d be moving out, things noticeably escalated. Suddenly, more inspections were being scheduled, and communication from management became more controlling and petty — like they were trying to make the move-out process more difficult on purpose. Most recently, they posted a full month’s rent for May on the portal, even though I’m only staying for one week. There was no way to pay the prorated amount online. When I asked about it, they told me I was late and charged me a late fee, even though the error was on their end.

Heads up to future renters: We truly believed we left the apartment in the same condition as when we moved in. I fully expected the carpet cleaning to be deducted from our security deposit — no issue there. But we were surprised to be charged $223 for resurfacing the kitchen counters and $113 to replace a blind, especially since we had put in maintenance requests for those exact items during our lease. In fact, blinds were already replaced once during our stay at no cost, and the dishwasher had to be fixed because it wasn’t even attached to the counter properly. Here’s the takeaway: During your move-in inspection, document everything — even the smallest blemishes. Note if the counters are worn, if the blinds aren't perfect, if the paint has chips. My mother in law was a resident here for almost 2 years. After she passed away I was I charge of her Estate, I was also her co-signer when she moved in. Not only did they kept her deposit, but add additional fees for wear and tear items but could not provide prof that the items was replaced such as carpet (which I asked for) All they provided was quotes how much it would cost.. I explained to them that her Estate was in probate and to contact her attorney (which I provided their info). I kept getting invoices and I had to keep explaining them that her Estate was in probate, and who to contact. The last invoice I got was a later threaten that it would go to collections if I didn't pay. They didn't care and they only wanted their money. Every other creditor, or banks understood the process,
