Hampshire Court

The grounds and landscaping is not like when I first moved here.!the tree in front of my apartment was leaning way over my front walkway and finally had to be removed but never replaced. My shrubs froze and were never replaced. I have bird nest in my fire alarm in my front door every year and the birds try to attack me. They birds shit on my window screen and in front of my door. They need to be power washed off. I also had a bird nest on my patio and dirt donbers spread dirt all over my walls. And get no help.

Called to see if there were any vacancies for a loved one. Was told currently there are none. The young woman, I believe Vanessa was her name, was very nice and explained their processes and policies to me. Will definitely keep an eye out if something becomes available! Other places I called were very short and rude.

Why does it take so long to have the carpets cleaned after a request has been made? Also asked to have spiders on porch ceiling removed. Asked last year and again this year. Still there.

The maintenance man comes right over when I call. I can't hardly get anywhere with the manager. The girl in the office does all she can and very nice. The manager has too many other apartments to handle.

Speaking of Vanessa Salinas, she is both a delight and a credit to her profession. She answers my concerns in a timely manner. If she hasn't an answer at that time, she will seek one. She even laughs at my bad jokes... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, MISS VANESSA
