Hamilton Village

I have been a resident for over a year now. Hamilton Village is generally peaceful when compared with another place I have lived in Framingham... The buildings are small with fewer than 12 units each but they were clearly constructed in the 70s and you don't have to squint to see the toll time has taken in each unit, but it has been pretty comfortable to live here with the included heat and hot water. The maintenance team is small but mighty and they have been pretty effective, keeping the property clean and units in working order but you only need to look around and see chaotic jumbles of wires, and various cosmetic things in rough condition. I was a resident at Hamilton Village for almost 6 years! I enjoyed living there! There is a great diversity of people there and most are respectful of each other! Loved my deck and closet space! I only moved because walking up 3 flights of stairs was getting increasingly difficult for me! Maitenance was always prompt! The Cochituate trail was a great added feature!

I have been living here for seven months and I love it. To be honest, at first I was skeptical about the place, but I had a very positive impression. Everything that I need from the maintenance is responded right away. For example, two months ago our refrigerator started to make a huge noise and then they replaced it with a new one the next day I requested to just take a look. There was also a bathtub clog that they fixed right away. My building is good, neighbors are quiet. Laundry machines are always working and you can use the card they provide or a mobile app. It's been a very good place to live, location is excellent withe the Cochituate Trail next door.

Just moved in, so far so good. Staff is friendly, professional and attentive to residence. More washers and dryers I would say is needed, badly. Maintenance team is great. There is a large pool but it’s February, a park for kids to play, animal friendly. Apartments are a nice size, dumpsters for trash but no recycling. Stay tuned
