Hamilton Terrace Apartments

Hamilton Terrace Apartments is a nice place to live when your a single mom. The new manager (Anna King) here is great! She is working very hard to make this a better community for all of us to live comfortably. She is very kind and understanding. She is a good listener if you have an issue and will fix it as soon as she is able. I'm hoping she keeps her management job here until I'm ready to move on.

I have been waiting for 5 years to get into my place. I was supposed to have moved in 01/01/2023 but the new landlord Anna King had put her realitives in their first and she threw out all of the other applicants. My mom has been waiting for 4 years. I was the first on the list and I'm still waiting. Anna King through out all of applications for everyone and information.

I was put on the waiting list for a two bedroom for around 3 years finally I was next on the list I was told I was getting the two bedroom and thennn they put someone else in it.. I’d say a few weeks later I got in BUT was put into a one bedroom “temporary” until a two bedroom opened.. it’s been around 7-8 months and (multiple!) two bedrooms have been opened and have been taken.. and I was next On the list!

When my brother fell behind on his rent and in the hospital I Tried to talk to the manager about his rent and his situation she started screaming at me stating I was not allowed on the property and she would call the cops we own rental properties and I would never ever talk to anyone that way unfortunately my brother passed away and she demanded we had to have his stuff out in a week if I was you I would not rent from this complex they are rude and disrespectful their manager looks like white trash

I would rate this place zero if I could, but what can I really expect from a place that uses grant money to run these properties. They don't actually help people, they screw those that actually need help.
