Terrance the maintenance guy is awesome very timely and very kind my microwave caught fire and he was on it ordered me a new one right away, any time there's a issue he is on top of it . I have been a tenant going on my third year and it has become a lot better Derry is doing great !!!

I was very disappointed with today’s visit. Your realtor did not show up and did not call to let me know, and I had to come a long way. Then I was told to wait 15 minutes for them to arrive. They did not ask any questions or check in with me. When I called, it seemed they were unavailable. I am very unhappy with how this was handled.

Thanks for doing job well. Derry was supportive and attentive. Team has changed microwave bulbs and gasket of dishwasher promptly within 2 days

Hamilton Highlands has the worst maintenance of any apartment building I have ever lived in. It took over 8 months to fix a closet light and 2 months to fix a broken fridge handle after submitting over 5 service requests and calling the supervisor multiple times every month. This company really does not care at all about its tenants. There is 0 maintenance that takes place in any of the apartments. Everything breaks and nobody cares enough to come by and fix them in a reasonable amount of time. For the amount of money we pay I am embarrassed to live here.

Bad place and bad maintenance. There is clearly an infestation of mice and I contacted them to solve the problem. They looked at the apartment and just passed a repellent, which did not solve the problem. When I mentioned doing something more efficient like mouse detection or putting a poison they said it couldn’t be done. They are not treating the problem seriously and are not seeking to solve.I don’t recommend anyone to live in this place. It's disorganized and infested with mice.
