I’ve lived at The Kendrick for the past year, and it’s been an exceptional experience from start to finish. The building maintains a consistently high standard across its apartments and amenities — from modern layouts and great natural light to well-kept common areas, a fully equipped gym, and comfortable lounge spaces that feel genuinely upscale. A special acknowledgment goes to Andres, the property manager, and Danielle, the assistant property manager. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly approach make a real difference. Whether it was a maintenance request, leasing question, or simply day-to-day support, they and the rest of the team were always helpful, attentive, and easy to communicate with. Working with Terry Zhu was an absolute pleasure. He went above and beyond to help me find my new apartment and made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. His professionalism, patience, and outstanding follow-through truly set this rental experience apart. Highly recommend Terry and the entire team at the Kendrick. They are exceptional.

The overall environment is good, so we are willing to live at this place longer. The leasing team is helpful and especially I wanna mention Terry Zhu the leasing specialist is really amazing. He is helpful and really responsive as he helped us a lot for the application and move in process. He always replies email fast and willing to help out as many as he is able to.

Upon entering the building I was greeted with a warm smile. However, he knew nothing about the service or property. If you are a concierge you are the "GO -TO person" They need to know what the building offers. He did call upstairs to request a tour. Joyce F. did a fantastic job showing me the amenities and the the apartments. The only amenity that got my attention was the dog spa. The dog spa was clean---but I think designed poorly because the owner gets soaking wet in the space. There is no barrier between you and dog. So wear a wet suit to wash your dog. Parking is unique in that they are layered between the floors. Great community and extremely responsive management and maintenance teams. The management team has gone out of their way to ensure my move here was seamless including moving some boxes up to my unit when my movers left them on a totally different floor that I did not know about. The even better part is that those items sat on the wrong floor for over 3 days and no one bothered them at all. Very safe community for sure. My unit is beautiful, spacious, and quiet.
