Unfortunately, my experience at Charles River Landing was deeply disappointing, and I never felt welcomed or at home during my time living there. From the beginning, interactions with both residents and staff were consistently negative. Many residents were openly rude, and information provided by the on-site leasing office was frequently inaccurate. When concerns or issues were reported, staff often made it seem as though the problems were the resident’s fault rather than taking accountability or offering solutions. In addition to this, during the move-in process, we experienced unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from a member of the leasing office staff. We raised concerns because the information we were given by UDR’s AI customer support did not match the move-in costs later pr

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The management company will try to screw you over time and time again. When I moved in, the appliances were 12 years old and it was a battle to get them replaced. They tried to “fix” them multiple times before finally giving in and replacing them. It was awful. The refurbished apts like mine had some cheaply done construction such as a piece of metal was left over the dishwasher and I sliced my finger on it. Management and maintenance did nothing about it despite my complaints. When I moved out, they do a pre-move out inspection in which they said everything was fine despite me being honest and told them my dog peed on the carpet. I offered to have the carpet professionally cleaned but the inspector said “no, we’ll do that.” Come to find out they went ahead and replaced

I’ve been experiencing a variety of issues at Charles River Landing by UDR that seriously detract from the quality of life here, despite the steep rent prices. I want to share some of the ongoing problems I’ve faced, which potential tenants should consider: 1. Parking and Vehicle Management: I have found other vehicles parked in my reserved spot, and the gate system in the garage often malfunctions. When I called for towing, the response was slow, forcing me to pay for guest parking. Additionally, the parking garage is often cluttered with excessive trash and maintenance equipment, including appliances that take up spaces we pay a premium to use. 2. Noise Complaints: There’s incessant noise—loud banging at night and disruptive construction during the day. It’s been tough to get a good nig

This apartment complex is nice when your not living in it. Before i moved in i asked if there was mice they said no a month later my apartment was full of mice they got pest control in my unit which they would do their part once it came for them to cover holes under appliances or behind stove they would not do it , eventually had to call health inspector and even then it took them 2 months to cover holes by that time we had gone to court because i refuse to pay rent to live with mice . Didnt even last a year in the unit yet the rent is super expensive , in the middle on the night leaks from the ceiling and they made it seem like it was your fault. Worst place to live don’t recommend
