Halston Flats

My wife ans I have recently moved into Halston Flats and have had a great experience so far. We love our new home, the unit is extremely spacious and its a great location. The team at Paramount Assets have been really helpful and responsive with getting us settled in and answering any questions we have.

Living at Halston flats is the real deal – comfy, clean, and close to everything you need. The apartment layouts are amazing, and those 12ft ceilings add a whole extra level of awesome. Shoutout to Paramount Assets for being the coolest management crew ever. They're always around to sort out any questions or stuff, making living here a breeze. It's just a good vibe all the way.

I spent 14 beautiful months at 1225 Halston Flats. This has been one of my best experiences maybe the best experience in renting. 1. The luxury apartment is extremely spacious. Wall to wall, and floor to Ceiling. You'd loose your mind on what to do with excess space. And I'm coming from private homes. And apartments. So I am not being generous, I'm being honest. 2. Everything WORKED! And if there was an issue, a quick service request with less than 24hr response to amend the issue. I've waited months at another place whose not worth mentioning. I digress. 3. My family and I truly enjoyed our life in this space. And it was bitter sweet leaving. It's a perfect distance from NYC and even closer to Newark. I received help from employee Bella Matos and she definitely went above and beyond for me and was very patient with me. I’m very appreciative of how she handled my situation.

We moved out 2021 Aug. My security deposit was $1800 and I got $600 refund. I asked Paramount Assets for the detail of this charge but no response. Very disappointed.
