Alan was phenomenal to work with. He helped us with the search of a new home, as well as the sale of our existing one. In a crazy market, he offered creative solutions for our new home and was willing to think outside the box. Our house for sale was unique in the market, and he helped us get top dollar for it. Couldn't be happier with him. Based on my experience, if you are unsatisfied, the problem is likely you.

** EXTREMELY disappointed ** As a landlord, Alan did not take responsibility of what he is required to do as a landlord and did not hold to what was in the contract. When we moved out and he seriously overcharged for cleaning services and kept more then half of our deposit. In talking to others, finding out that he has "reputation" and it's not a good one. Would NEVER refer this guy or his company to anyone!

Since taking over management of our condo association properties, Hallock Properties has done a great job. They have been prompt in responding to issues and dedicated to putting together plans to beat maintain our association properties into the future.

The owner is very unproffesional is certain situations. Everything is an extra charge and no clear explanation can be given to justify the cost or the service does not justify the cost. He is very impatient and rude when ask for explanantion. For a company to trust with such big investment, I would not hire them.
