Absolutely terrible service. After having these jokers appointed for me as the appraiser for a property I was purchasing and spending $1000, they showed up at the property for 20 minutes, measured some rooms to get square footage, took a fee pics and took off. "Well that was quick," I thought to myself. They had 2 weeks to do a simple appraisal and baised on how long they were at the property I hoped they would get it done in a timely manner. After calling on the due date to check and see if it was going to be done I was told it would be submitted by the end of the day. 2 days later and no appraisal so I called to ask why it wasn't in. I was told I am not their only customer and was told that things come up. Well why didn't they just say so? How dare I call them out on the tardiness. To

Paid for appraisal on August 12th. Wasn't until over a month later they decided to do it. They didn't like a patch of peeling paint on the back of the house, wanted it corrected. However, they don't know when they'll have the time to go check on it. I don't know how this place is still in business.

Absolutely amazing service. So helpful with information and options for my situation.
