Hadley Park Apartments

Horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would! People are loud and disrespectful! there’s all kinds of drug dealing in the car wash. Maintenance people are rude! Mice everywhere! Online they say one price, but once you go apply is a whole different price! People smoke right in your window. Bottom line, do not move in here!!! Save your money and rent somewhere else!

Awful neighborhood. People are loud, disrespectful of others, drug deals going on at the car wash behind the apartment. In the year I lived there, I had to deal with mice, roaches, and worst of all bed bugs. Management sent out exterminators, but only to the apartments that reported them. They refused to fumigate the entire building. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Neighbors in the apartment are loud, heard a lot of screaming, crashing, and children crying. A child was locked out of their home as punishment. One night I'm asleep and hear gunshots. Cops take their time to arrive. You are better off not living in Lowell at all.

Right next to a park- hallways and common areas all always neat. My apartment is nice and quiet- I'd definitely recommend another umass student to live here !

Small community well maintained. Close to stores and highway and UMASS.

Decent area alright apartments.
