Hacienda Villa Apartments

They are a good place to rent from. They are cheap compared to other housing in the area, and they didn't try to screw me out of my deposit. The only thing I had to pay for was something I admitted to damaging, and in all the time I was there they never bugged me. The only time I ever had trouble with management was when I accidentally parked on the wrong spot, and got a warning instead of a fine! If you are willing to respect the community rules, this is a good place to rent. Thank you to the staff of Hacienda Villa for the last 4 years! I'm glad to be a homeowner now, but I will miss living here. For 4 years, it was my home. In terms of Greenville itself, it's got good shopping areas, a local game store, events at the library, the Ashen Rose pub, and it's not too far from the school.

The washing machines are broken I just went in like 5 minutes ago and there was only two working before that there was 3 working but someone destroyed it by the way there is 8 washing machines but now there only 2 working there 2 big ones at the front with the little washing machines as well which there about 4 and in the back there another 2 that also don’t work now I have to wait because one of the washing machines locks doesn’t work and the other one I just found broken and the the last says out of order and this hasn’t been repaired since 3 months ago or more any other ones are just not in like I can use them and now I have to wait until the washing machines are available so I can Clean some clothes I would give this place a lower rating but I can’t

I have been living here for about 2 months now and the staff here is amazing. Diana the apartment manager is very helpful, extremely nice and friendly. Plus Rob, the security guard makes me feel safe to live here, I work odd hours and come home every night between 12pm to 1:30am and he is always out by the entrance watching who comes in or out. The laundry room is massive and my apartment (3 bedroom) is beautiful and no bed bugs in sight ! Over all great place to live and I hope to be here a while !!

I am so lucky to have found this apartment complex. From the second I entered the office I have been greeted with GREAT customer service, and friendly smiles. It is such a great atmosphere to be around. Not only that but the apartments are beautiful, clean, spacious and the best around here (and a great price)The management and staff have gone above and beyond for their tenants whether it be a silly question or anything regarding the unit and or maintence. I am SO glad I found you guys! 😀

Charlotte, the maintenance team, and courtesy officers are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Our move from out of state has been seamless. Our unit is clean and updated. Our maintenance requests were addressed and fixed immediately (literally within minutes of telling Charlotte). Definitely would recommend moving here!
