INCOMPETENT! You can call ahead all you want to confirm that someone will be there and they still won’t be there when you show up! We showed up at 3:30. The lunch sign was already up the they would return at 4:30. No one showed up at 4:30. Called customer service in TJ only to be told that they take lunch from 4-5 pm. Who takes lunch at that time?! And if you knew you had people coming in from 3-4 why would you take your lunch before they showed up or at least let them know that “hey. We take our lunch from this time to this time so come before or after.” But NO! Absolutely no common courtesy. The absolutely worst service here!
