Grove House Apartments

Ive been here 3 years. It started off great. Maintenance was the best. Took less than a day to get things done. Then they fired them all. Now it takes weeks for 1 service. Late fee was $50.00 then you get a notice it's going up to $150.00. Then rent increase 100.00 a year. I've had them fix my outside gate at least 20xs. The wind blows it fly open. My frenchie got out. Thank God for good neighbors who posted my dog and I got her back. I use bike straps to keep it shut. When it get cold this cheap bathroom door swells and don't shut. I have also had a problem with when my neighbors cook. The smell comes through my vents as if im cooking, which sometimes make me sick. One good thing is the notice that made us month to month. So we can move on in life.

I had such a wonderful experience living here! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The management team is truly amazing, always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Anytime I needed assistance, they handled it quickly and with a positive attitude. The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, which made daily life so much easier. The property is well maintained, and you can tell the team really takes pride in keeping everything in great shape. I honestly have no complaints about my time here. After dealing with unreasonable fees and poor management at other complexes, living at Grove House was a refreshing change. The community is gated, clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. There are two pools, outdoor grills, and a reliable maintenance team that takes pride in their work. The walls are also impressively soundproof, which makes the environment peaceful and ideal for families. 5 STARS FOR THE MAINTENANCE TEAM. I’ve lived here for 5 years and honestly, the only reason I’ve stayed this long is because of the maintenance team. They are truly the heart and soul of this complex. Jose and Juan are both professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Whenever something breaks or needs attention, they show up quickly and always treat you with respect. They go above and beyond what’s required and I genuinely can’t say enough good things about them. My father is disabled and uses a wheelchair, and while Management has fought on creating accessible features such as a pool lift or access into the gym, Jose and Juan continually go out of their way to do everything they can to make him feel comfortable. Appreciate the maintenance staff here.. they go above and beyond once you submit a request.. Jose is the best! At Grove House Apartments.. you get nice landscaping.. the grounds are amazing.. love the gym and pool especially the jacuzzi..
