Good location for people that work for EB and Pfizer it's 1minut from 95 North and South. For the price includes hot water, heater,cable and internet kitchen is renovated and it has a washer and dryer. Is a quiet place and is close to the beach.

Not do I only love my beautiful home, but the maintenance staff is above and beyond! I had an issue and it was addressed promptly. They were friendly, courteous and even cleaned up after themselves. My appliance was replaced with a brand new, out of the box, not refurbished appliance. I work in maintenance administration, so I fully appreciate the quality work and service received.

I'm blown away at the condition of this townhouse. I could not bring myself to move in. It was disappointing after traveling so far i was ready to get settled, but no. What a mess inside and out. No AC or ceiling fan. Broken mail box. Dirty floors, cracking walls. Needs painting. Food on the counter top and walls. Qtips on the ground. Street parking. I did not feel safe. Although Jacquie was extremely helpful and kind, this is not the place I wish to live.

A Home and A Community. This place is great. We were looking at living here a few years ago, but ended up going someplace else resulting in a slumlord. Wish I moved here 8 years ago when I first had the chance. Glad to be back and in their newly done apartment! Clearly they care about their tenants here because there has been so many changes in the past few years! They are constantly upgrading and renovating the exterior so when you drive home, you are happy to turn onto the street. Lots of community involvement projects that make it feel like you aren't just a renter. Cool place, sweet neighbor, and awesome landlords. THEY LISTEN!

This was my husband and I’s first apartment and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better. The leasing office is great! When we first moved in, our dryer wasn’t working, so I called and they replaced it with a brand new one the next day. The internet is great! We loved the location, close to the highway and 15 minutes from basically everything in the area! GREAT for military!!
