Groton Estates

Had to pay a lot to get my son out of his situation at Groton Estates. The place was not up to our standard let alone for that price and then after what felt like a productive phone call, they went back on concession.

Kiarra and Christine from the office were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. My experience applying here felt warm, sincere and like-family.

kiara and christina (hope i’m spelling both right) are soso sweet and helpful since the day i moved into groton estates! they are always super responsive and happy to help:)

Pros: They take care of troublecalls quickly and the price of the unit is somewhat reasonable for this area Cons: the laundromat is a rip-off and I actually found feces behind the rubber ring of the washer once so be sure to clean behind it every time! The walls and ceiling/floor of the units are paper thin. I could hear the people below me talking and I heard every word they said and they weren't even talking loudly. The stench of weed permeates at the bottom of Nathan Hale Road.

We just moved in this past weekend and I’ll say so far my family is very happy with the staffing all around . Everyone has been kind and helpful . We had a few small things that needed minor attention that we noticed after moving in ( Friday night )and the office staff got right on it with maintenance and Monday afternoon the guys were here and took care of everything! The maintenance team was wicked nice and made sure all of my concerns were addressed and I couldn’t be happier!! Thanks all :) looking forward to our time here
