Grossmont Terrace Apartments

I have finally moved out of the dump. I don't know how else to call the place that is infested with mice and have homeless people sleeping in the dumpster. The manager is horrible. All he cares about is money. I can't believe he insists that we have to pay for 15 days that we are not living there because we broke the lease. I don't think that that we did because first; we only signed the lease for half of the year and we lived there longer than a year. The lease was never renewed so I don't see how it was broken. Second, I have wrote him an email stating that we are moving out in a month.

What’s not to love it’s quiet and very peaceful. The property manager is helpful and always available. The property is well kept with beautiful lush trees for shade. Great location near everything and best of all, the rent is very fair and the apartments are newly remodeled. I love loving here

Update: I will recommend people to live in this apartment complex. As for right now the apartments are in peaceful environment.
