I was treated very rudely by the owner. I was never given a key card by the administrative personnel and was going to be charged extra for the card. Services here are very unprofessional and has been for years. When I requested to receive my things from the building due to poor customer service I was treated very rudely by the owner. I asked for documentation to be reviewed in terms of what I initialed and signed off for to initiate the lease to ensure that I was not lying, and was told that we are at an “em pass” and there was no way to “prove” anything, and would be charged additional money for a card!!!! My things have dead rats in them when I paid for a certain style of storage space to avoid this. Rude attitudes & run around with services provided with personnel here. No good record

Just spoke to Eileen Johnson. Super friendly and helpful. Really tried to understand what I was looking for and went above and beyond.
