Stephanie is doing a great job with following everything up. Very timely response from maintenance as well. The owners are remodeling and are doing a wonderful job. Love the new look and can't wait until everything is done to see the final results

Stephanie is so nice , she is doing great taking care of things & is on top of everything ! You dont have to worry about anything she is always available and texts back fast . Stephanie gets everything done you tell her and she handles it ! They are also remodeling and I cant wait to see when its finished !

Stephanie was awesome even with renovations going she still showed me the floor plan to an apartment. Explained the application process and etc. I would recommend Farris to anyone

The new community manager Stephaine is so nice and has a lot of patience. If i need any help she is the one to go to.
