Richmond Place Apartments

I moved in just under a year ago and absolutely love the property. The property manager Adam is always willing to help with all your needs. Josh the maintenance man is awesome as well. As soon as you put a request in for something he’s calling you back with in minutes. I can’t say enough about this property.

The property manager, Adam, and maintenance manager,Josh, work efficiently as a team. I was a short term renter and any issues were met with a quick response! I appreciated the management’s treatment of residents with respect and kindness! The apartment was move-in ready & clean!!! I would highly recommend renting at these apartments!

Our property manager Mr.Adam and our Maintenance man Mr.Josh are the absolute best!! I'd recommend anyone to move to Richmond Place, the apartments are great and management is better! Going on two years for my family and I, we definitely love it here! Friendly neighbors, clean complex, and great amenities!

Excellent place to live in Georgetown! The staff is quick to respond and assist residents with any and all inquiries, and there is a general feeling of safety and community at Richmond Place. The pool and weight room are also nice perks! Definitely recommend!

My experience has been really great I’m very happy with the everything. I moved here from New Jersey an I been here for two years this is exactly what I was looking for. The management has been really great I’m super happy an I hope to continue our relationship going forward. Adam has been super top flight definitely one of the best if not the best places I have lived an I’m 48 years old. I have lived in a few states this is by far the best experience.
