Worst HOA ever! If you have a job, do NOT move here. They do not want neighbors with jobs. I have an idea!?!? Let's retire and move south, then we can enforce the same policies we escaped!!! I'm so smart!!!

HOA will $5 you to death if you put one toe in the grass of your own yard but doesn’t care about real issues. If you are a hardworking middle class person don’t buy a house here.

Great neighborhood just 15 minutes from the Georgetown Wal-Mart and the same from Conway. Large lots and great floorplans. Bring your boat, there is a neighborhood boat landing!

Very nice homes very very good pricing would highly recommend this for anyone starting out with their family the salespeople at the model home a very friendly and very knowledgeable so ask them all them all the questions questions you need they'd have the answers
