UPDATE: 11 months later and still absolutely love it here. Maintenance responses are fast and thorough. Spenser came this week. Such a nice guy and always responds so quickly. Needed a new battery in the keyless door lock and one of the living room windows needed blinds replaced because it wouldn’t stay raised after a couple of previous attempts to fix it by each of the maintenance staff. It’s so nice to be able to open all the blinds and enjoy the brightness and views. J&J love to sit in the window sills. Absolutely Loved Living Here -- My first apartment in 10 years and I wanted something nice, trendy and convenient to restaurants and DTC. I was very pleased -- the apartment was great. Very convenient to I-25 and Arapahoe, I could always navigate around heavy traffic to get in or out. Staff was always friendly and responsive. Work requests rarely went longer than a day or two. They constantly work to upgrade tools for us -- better online payment system/community board, etc. I loved the upstairs lounge -- easily one of the best views of the Front Range I know of. I will miss living here!

Used to be a nice place to live. It rapidly went downhill ever since the new management took over. The garage door has been broken for months, leaving the building open and accessible with many car thefts. I had a homeless man sleeping at my apartment door for two nights (picture attached). What used to be free parking now comes with an expensive fee. The packages room also now comes with a fee, even though the packages are almost always just thrown in the room and not placed in a locker. You just have to pray nobody takes your package. It is impossible to get ahold of management by phone. The elevators have been out for months, and when they were working I got stuck in one for almost an hour (picture attached of firefighters trying to get me out). Griffis at Fiddler’s Green is a beautiful property! Andrew was very professional and easy to work with. Very clean, well maintained, and always looking sharp. The staff is super friendly and helpful every time I stop by. You can tell they take pride in keeping the community in great shape. Highly recommend!

I have lived at this property for almost 2 years now and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. Rose and Andrew at the leasing office are amazing and always go out of their way to help. The property is clean, very safe, and just enjoyable to be in. It definitely feels like home here.
