Disappointed with this magagement company. The realtor and manager are the worst. One of the units, in our complex, (managed by Greenview) was broken into. None of the other residents were notified, and when the manager was questioned about security, the manager Evette Matos , responded by reminding the resident, " you knew how bad the area was when you moved in..." , not addressing any of the resident's concerns. She's very condescending. Their realtor (Christina) has a tendency to look down on potential clients. This company has had numerous complaints made to the State Attorney GENERAL.They will not respond to service requests, and frequently disclose your personal information to outside contractors, claiming that's it perfectly appropriate behavior. Great apartments beautiful my friends just moved in everything is clean and brand spanking new. Pets are allowed at an additional charge my friends have a cat and small dogs are also allowed. Really close walk to main street with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.
