Greylin Ridge Apartments

If I could give a zero star I would! Management staff is on a 'entitled power trip' and fails to show any consideration to the residents. Their communication skills within their own office and the regional office are horrible - the tenants laugh that their right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing because there is never any follow through on inspection appointments or communication as to when outside hired workers will be coming to your apartment and the tenants are not informed if there is a need to change an appointment. They will lie to the tenants to achieve what they want. The cigarette smoke and the skunk smell of pot comes in the vents in the apartments daily yet Greylin Ridge claims to be a 'smoke free and drug free' community. Though my lease ended in September 2025

I want to give them a 0 ⭐️ I’m a disabled woman I had applied for an apartment 2 1/2 years ago, every time that I was able to get in touch with someone that person will tell ,you still on the waiting list and after 2 years I received an email saying that my application was incomplete I call them don’t know how many times until finally I spoke with someone, she told me that it was incomplete because I didn’t paid the application fees, that I can go and pay for it and it will be fine, I went and paid it the next day. And after waiting again I decided to check the application status, and for my surprise the application was denied. I’m not happy with the way that they handled my application the wasn’t not even a moment that they try to help me. Shame on them.

I have lived here over 4 years and I love it because of our family community. Yes we have changed Property Managers but I have no complaints in that area. My children and I are thankful to have such a clean and spacious apartment to comfortably reside in and rest well. We all respect Ms. Sarah and in return she shows us respect.

Wow I was considering applying for an apartment here, but after looking at the reviews, I'm completely discouraged to do so. I think I make too much any way. But they need to get rid of that Sara person, no quality customer service 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have lived here since 2010. Yes management has changed over the years. I have been treated fairly by any of the managers we have had .This property is very nice people are nice Sarah and Ken are wonderful they take good care of this property and care for all of us.TO the few people that spread rumors and say nasty things don’t want to obey the rules and don’t get along with anyone I see them come and go we don’t need that kind of negativity in our wonderful community. Another shout out to Sarah Harris and Ken ward
