I lived at both the apartments and townhomes. The apartments had mice and bedbug issues (documented). The security gates are never secured. After multiple complaints about gate security, the property management made the decision to send a letter to tenants stating gates at the townhomes would not be replaced. The security guard stays in the main building and hangs out in the business center. They do not monitor the full property grounds to ensure safety. Staff at the leasing office are rude, offer minimal assistance. More often than not, when you call you can almost never get a person on the line. Maintenance staff are unprofessional and often require multiple techs to fixes repeated issues. My dishwasher leaked off and on for months, after 4 techs and water damaged kitchen floors, the mai

My experience at Greenwich Place Apartments has been disappointing overall, so I’ll start with the one positive: Bruce from Paradise Management gave me an excellent tour and was genuinely helpful and kind throughout the leasing process. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. The front office staff are some of the most dismissive and unhelpful people I’ve encountered. I’ve personally witnessed them sitting in the office while residents buzzed repeatedly to be let in—they just sat there looking at us through the window without responding to the intercom or opening the door. The property management has failed to deliver on basic promises. Despite what was advertised, the building is not secure. The garage gates don’t work, leaving the parking area completely open and unmon

First, let me say that the apartments are nice and I like the area (I am a resident renting a two-bedroom townhome at this property). However, my main problem with this apartment (which all other problems stem from) is their utter unwillingness to take responsibility when something goes wrong. A few examples: 1. My AC started failing, blowing lukewarm air instead of cold. I notify the office (several times before anyone responds), the person they send to look at it does nothing, and a week later the unit fails completely and starts blowing hot air. Only *then* do they contact their vendor to send a service man (which takes a couple of days), who orders a new unit (which takes several more days). So, rather than call their vendor a week earlier when the unit started failing they waited for

I am beyond frustrated with the way Greenwich Place/Paradise management operates. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the management team is extremely concerning. Staff frequently speak to residents in a rude, dismissive manner and demonstrate a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns, management often provides misleading information or attempts to push residents out of the office without resolving the issue. This behavior is not only disrespectful but creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment for residents. The assistant manager in particular needs a serious attitude check. He has shown a pattern of inappropriate behavior. His attitude toward residents is unnecessarily aggressive and condescending, as if he believes he is abo

The appliances are very old and outdated. They charge over 2,000 to live here. Upgrades to appliances are needed. Also The hallways carpet is disgusting. The movie theater the pool table you cannot access unless it’s between the office hours of Monday through Sunday between nine and four maybe five. The gym does not have the TVs on. So I don’t know why they advertise the amenities when you don’t have 24 seven access to those amenities and you don’t get the full experience of the amenities. The dog park or the dog area needs a lot of improvement like more grass and they don’t have an area where you can wash your dog. Pictures of dog area
