As a tenant, I’ve had a very positive experience with Greenview Properties. The management team has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever something comes up. Antonio has been especially helpful throughout my time here. Anytime there’s been a maintenance issue or concern, he responds quickly and makes sure it gets taken care of promptly. It’s reassuring to know that problems are handled efficiently and that tenants’ needs are taken seriously. Jennifer has also been great to work with. Antonio in the maintenance department is amazing! He’s super friendly, always accommodating, and honestly goes above and beyond every time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the tenants here at Chatham Square. He makes living here so much easier and we’re lucky to have him!

I just rented from Greenview Properties. I can not say enough about property manager RANDI PUCCIO. She was so easy to work with. She made the process seamless. 4 hours and no one plowed our area or doorways. what are we paying an HOA for??! ridiculous. our previous management company was much better and more responsive. greenview is unresponsive!!!
