Greenfield Village Apartments

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this apartment community! One of the standout features is the new Resident Portal — it’s incredibly easy to use and makes everything so convenient. From submitting maintenance requests to paying rent and staying updated on community news, it’s all streamlined and very user-friendly. The front office staff is truly fabulous. Nebby, Amber, and Brett are always welcoming, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to create a positive living environment. Their communication and customer service really set this community apart. I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartment is well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the community is quiet and welcoming. Management has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is convenient and makes everyday life easier. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend this apartment community to others. Nebby, Brett, Amber, Jon are always making sure things are getting done correctly and things get handled quickly they definitely take really good care of you when you are there!

We moved into these apartments in July 2025 and we are very happy living here. Ms. Amber, Nebbie and Brett have been amazing to work with. They plan several community events coming up that help us feel welcome and a true part of the community. The apartment is beautiful and our view is wonderful. There have been ducks and even a turtle by our patio. The maintenence team of John, Nick and Randy have responded quickly to any issue that has come up. We are close to several restaurants and businesses but it's not obvious that we are living in town. They are pet friendly which is a plus. We are very happy with our choice to live here.

So sad to be leaving these apartments! This was the best place I’ve ever lived. And such an amazing community! I will miss the front office staff, amber, Brett and ms Nebby, very much! They always go above and beyond here for each and everyone that lives here! You guys and plus the maintenance guys especially Randy are amazing and I can’t thank you guys enough for everything! This is a very clean and quiet little community and everyone is so friendly. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The place is beautiful, it's quiet and clean, and the maintenance team is quick to fix the problem the same day. At the office, they welcome me like a queen, the people are kind and nice, and there's always food that I love very much. This is a place everyone should live if you need tranquility.
