Dave was on-call this weekend and came out promptly as we had no hot water. He found and fixed the problem, showed me what had happened and let me know the timeframe to expect hot water again. Repair well done!!

Nate the maint. Tech was Great. Redwood in my opinion did not do there part on the new build Inspections. Have lived in apartment for a year and find out after high bills, very hot summer and two cold winters, had very heavy ice damming in the gutters.during last cold spell. I questioned rather or not there is any insulation in the attic. Sure enough, none at all. They did get this resolved promptly. Now waiting on their response on how they will address the high bills, let alone many hot and cold days over the last year. I feel they will make it right!!

I work with a lending company and I always have such a hard time getting a verification of rent when people are trying to buy a new home. This place got me what I needed SO quickly! which is so helpful to their tenant.

Very welcoming community- we are almost a month in an and love it so far , absolutely no complaints, office staff is friendly ! Maintenance requests are handled quickly ! They even shovel walkways and driveways which I was very surprised! Really quiet at night and haven’t had any issues at all so far ! Glad we choose to sign a lease here !

Blair was great and answered all of my questions. I am looking forward to my new home.
