Bluestone

I lived here for over 4 years. Starting out it was great. I love the apartment I was in and the community. As time went on new management was brought in and the community went downhill very quickly. The people on the front side of the building that I shared a wall with were always extremely loud. I dealt with it for awhile and then I got COVID in 2020 and I was extremely sick and had enough with the noise. I filed complaints but nothing was ever done. Fast forward to the time I needed to resign a lease. I was emailed the terms and documents. I submitted everything and the office staff seemed very happy at how quick I did everything. My children’s Papa lives here and has for over 3 years and even upgraded after last lease. This community is gorgeous, amazing resident events such as a Doggy Swim I seen them do on one of my visits. The staff is awesome and welcoming and even the Maintenance, Will, smiles and says hi knowing I’m just a Homeless Mama that comes to see her kids daily. Thank you for being my families safe haven through this very hard transition. 🤍

I am very displease, unsatisfied, and completely just unhappy with my experience living at bluestone apartments. First, since moving in we’ve been through 4 managers. Secondly, out of the 14 months being here 9 of those our rent has been posted late when it is brought in on time a week to two weeks prior (I had to physically go into the office to make sure when buying a home it was noted that I was NEVER LATE and I had to go into the office to get a rental completed because my realtor couldn’t get anyone to complete it). I’ve had to call the police on my neighbor several times and brought this to the manager with no quick response to get anything done until it was done to one of their staff members. As a current resident, I couldn't be happier. Clean quiet and safe! For the 3bd room 2&1/2 bath u can't beat the price too. The office staff (Monica) and maintenance are so friendly it's like having an extension of family.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I found the apartments to be cheap, unethical, insulting, condescending and very energy in-efficient! The wiring was faulty, so the maintenance dept went to fix it, they tracked attic insulation and their dirty boots all over my apartment, including my own master bedroom and closet just to invade my personal space, didn't even offer to clean it up. The nosiest staff ever, claims I "Moved-IN" my own sister and her dog, it was the Christmas holiday and I think they stayed a total of 3 nights during a visit...WTH. The office ladies are running a group of their own rules and cronies as their "Maintenance Dept", so they write up false violations, that they create with their own cheap trash service every night, for which they then put into your physical documentation fil
