Renter beware, we had roaches, ear wigs, and spiders coming out of the vents every now and then in the townhomes. If you like bugs, move here. Very outdated. Not worth $1500+.

Respectfully, to pay $1300+ for rent and then to have them want to raise our rent to $1400+ is absolutely crazy! If you don't like spiders, DO NOT MOVE HERE... We constantly were having to kill spiders left and right no matter how many times we sprayed or had pest control come and spray. There are absolutely no amenities so your money is going to straight apartment.. don't get me wrong the space was nice but if you get a townhome.. be prepared to have HOT summers!! Other than that, the area we were in was quiet, that's about the only plus I have for that place, and the office staff were nice.

Tracy was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our whole experience. She answers any questions you have and puts you right at ease. The structure of the apartments is solid and very clean. Layout is good and feels surprisingly big. Tenants are pretty quite. The office staff is fantastic and right on top of things. Only major issue that I've really encountered is the strong smoke smell in the halls and apartment, which I've had an allergic reaction to. My suggestion would be to install air purifiers in the halls or have a system in place to air out the walkways.

Nice and quiet community! Spring updates have been ongoing and I really enjoy the new color scheme looks so very nice inside and out. Location and access to all the conveniences very close to the interstate and park is a huge plus and literally within walking distance to the hospital and other professional medical services inside the hospital. My experience with management has always been positive and responsive. Maintenance issues have been handled expeditiously. My AC went out last summer due to age and a window unit was put in temporarily but the next morning a brand new AC system was installed. I think that’s pretty awesome. 💙

Everyone was extremely helpful, applied and got everything done to be excepted within 24hrs and was in our new apartment that week. Maintenance was very detail oriented in their walkthrough when we got our keys. Apartments are surprisingly large and reasonable for price.
