A senior family member of mine has lived here for numerous years. It has never been a great place to live in my opinion based on what I’ve observed about the upkeep of grounds, lack of or inadequate maintenance response to repair requests, general state of building, and high price of rent for substandard living conditions. Through the years, it has steadily declined. The stairs are crumbling in places (has been this way since they moved in) and the trash bins are overflowing spilling trash on the ground. We are still in a pandemic and to see such unsanitary conditions is very unsettling. This attracts rodents and pests which make their way into the apartments, leaving the residents to deal with the aftermath. When maintenance and management are called, they are not helpful and act as

I really like the location and it's proximity to various things such as train station, mall, hospital etc. I am lucky enough to have a nice neighbor below and in general. As it relates to the property and policy, I personally would love the option of not paying the pool fees at all as I've never used and never will (heard it's well kept but never been). Lawns are well kept except for someone who feeds WAY too much cats on paper plates making that a bit of an eye soar. Garbage/trash area well kept. Had a parking issue once and it was quickly resolved ( thanks Betty, Veronica and Maria) other than that you/visitors can find parking which is a huge plus for. I rarely ever called maintenance however if and when I my issue is resolved in a timely manner more so because I want someone at home wh

My son and I moved here exactly a month ago and we both LOVED IT from the day 1. We love the layout of the apartment with the huge living room, bedroom, the kitchen with many cabinets and the oven in the wall, and the big, NEW, and very clean bathroom with the closet. The floor is wooden and shiny. BIG PLUS are 2 huge walk-in closets and parking spaces (always available) in the front of our windows. I was very happy to see the venetian blinds already installed in the windows (it saved so much time to do that) and wall air conditioner. The apartment is clean and sunny and outside is well-kept and quiet. The lights in the hallways are on the whole night. The location is SUPER – you can’t ask for better location. 5 minutes by car to everything you need – stores, the mall, restaurants, park,

I have lived here for about ten years now and I always mark this as a very special place because of it’s location. One is that it is very close to Metropark station as I often go to New York on my own time whenever so this is a very convenient place for me and my family. It is also near by Menlo Park mall and other shopping mall in it as well as Target store. We may move to buy our own house anytime soon, but my ten year experience here and possibly counting (until we find our own house) has its ups and downs. It is affordable, but the cost of rent keeps rising so it really depends on what you’re looking at. My only downside is that Greenfield Gardens really needs to renovate or update the property as it gets old and the area (even outside) can feel messy. 😣
