Greenbriar Community Building

Current resident . Do yourself a favor don’t rent out one of their apt even if the deal is good . Very disrespectful agents all round from the front office to the pool staff. To get a pool pass is an issue . To use it is another issue as well . Been waiting for a pass for the past 3 months when I got it , they’re restricting us to use it . This is not worth it .again do yourself a favor and don’t come here !

Current resident, lots of robberies and car break in every other day, almost 3 cars get vandalized daily and the community does nothing to increase security, they dont even acknowledge it. The buildings smell like smoke all the time, its no longer a safe environment and make long time residents like me search for a new home. Beware go anywhere but Greenbriar if you want peace of mind and a home you feel safe in.

roach INFESTATION .... RUNNN imagine moving in and going to sleep .. waking up in the middle on the night to get a midnight snack in the kitchen and finding a whole army of roaches EVERYWHERE .. on the dishwasher the floor like it was DISGUSTING !! My mom lives here and she just can't wait until her lease is over. The apartment building smells like funk and fish and the walls are literally thin as paper !!! I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE! Disgusting and I know the roaches were here before we moved in because my mom keeps her place super clean! Trifling !! And the air conditioning unit doesn't even work !! It's definitely not worth the price they charge.

Greenbriar Community Center beautiful place to entertain, have activities, an just enjoy. Randi and Debra did a fine job at bringing all together for Rock the Mic and Karaoke. Very nice.

This is a horrible community that treats the renters like crap. Trust me when I tell you, run the other way. I've had nothing but issues since moving here. Everything from plumbing to heat/air conditioning issues, and parking permit problems. You'd be better off somewhere else.
