Green Tree Apartments

This complex has gone down & continues to go down, I used to want to live here, but I do not recomend this place if you're looking for comfort, the parking is ridiculous, my cousin lives here so I come to visit and always notice the same 2 cars parked in the same handicap spot, come to find out it's the same owner trading his vehicles to reserve the parking instead allowing people like myself or my cousin or other handicap people have actually move try to move around the ability to use a handicap spot, it's a shame what management allows, at my complex if you're apt shopping doesn't allow cars to be stored, there are other vehicles that I've noticed that don't move, not to mention to tight parking spaces, the only parking that is spacious are for "potential new residents" don't be fooled.

I applied here to downsize , they tell you wverything you want to hear , that they will work with you , your income is enough , and blah blah just to keep your deposit. They denied me , without even verifying my second job , or counting my doordash to my income. JOKES ON THEM I GIT APPROVED AT A BETTER COMPLEX !!! Because this place actually did theyre job !! I would keep driving past this place.

We've only been here three months but we love living here! We have a two bedroom upgraded version and the price is actually not bad. They do not have washer and dryers which was a major draw back but they do provide a "washateria" in the apartment complex. They also do provide connections for a washer and dryer in some apartments but not all. It is pet friendly and the deposit was the cheapest we've ever seen it but they have to be under 25 lbs.

We moved our stuff in 12 /28 . Shortly after moving in we noticed roach infestation. Upon making contact to office We were told our issue wont be resolved until the 1/8. Didn't take long for roaches to invade most of our unpacked boxes and belongings. Seems like something that should have been taken care of before moving in new tenants. Corporate also ignores phone calls. Be careful whn considering moving here.

I enjoyed living here, rent was reasonable and did not increase by much yearly I think the most was 10-20 dollars. The apartments are well kept and clean, pest control came on schedule and I never had any issues. Maintenance was quick and efficient. I would describe this small community as was nice and quiet. Two thumbs up!
