Green Door Flats

I’ve been here for two weeks now and it’s amazing, walls are pretty well insulated so you rarely hear neighbors. All appliances are new and work amazing. The layout of the apartment and floor to ceiling windows are very nice especially if you like natural light and the bathroom looks straight out of a luxury hotel. Parking isn’t the best but you can get a dedicated spot for dirt cheap so that’s not really a problem. Ashley has also been extremely helpful with any questions I have so overall definitely the best apartments I’ve lived in.

I absolutely love living here! The maintenance team is fantastic—always prompt and professional—and Ashley is incredibly kind and helpful no matter the situation. The community itself is full of friendly neighbors, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are not only well-maintained but also feel peaceful. There’s a beautiful garden area, well-kept grills, and a cozy fire pit space that’s perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. I always recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Love the community here! Super quiet overall. The apartments are spacious with so much natural light. The shared spaces, like the clubhouse and gym, are very clean. The landscaping is always well maintained. Ashley is a great property manager, she’s so quick to reply and is reliable if anything is needed! I always recommend these apartments to people looking.

These apartments are a 5 star for sure, the price, quality and professionalism are excellent ! The 10 ft ceilings make it feel even more spacious. Most people here are quiet and friendly! Parking isn’t that bad if you get a carport. Ashley was very easy to communicate with and responds fast to your concerns.

It's been almost a year since I moved into my awesome apartment . Green Door Flats is a modern apartment complex with a community feel. I sold my house in Seattle and wanted to downsize and live in a smaller place. I was worried about how it would feel to live in an apartment again. I was so delighted to find Green Door flats. We have monthly organized events and a shared community garden! The apartment manager Ashley is professional and friendly and will help you out in a pinch with anything you need.
