I've just closed out a 13 year mortgage with this group. I'm not an analyst and can't really speak to whether the fees and administration are competitive. But I can tell you that if you are lucky enough to have Ana as your account rep you will have found a gem. Ana was always there, responding right way to any and all questions, and there were a lot during the pandemic times. She was on top of everything, explained everything perfectly and clearly and made sure I had no more questions. That kind of care can be hard to find in the financial industry. Thank you, Ana!
