Great North has been a noticeable improvement for our HOA since Cammi became our point person. She’s incredibly responsive, follows up quickly, and helps keep issues moving—especially when there are delays with other departments. She’s also been steady and professional in navigating community concerns and keeping communication constructive, which has helped build more trust over time. We’re also working together to streamline some cost items as we balance the budget. A few processes could still be smoother overall, but the support and consistency with Cammi has made a real difference.

More like Not So Great North. Chris Buckley is a fantastic salesman, he made Great North sound like a dream, when in reality they're a nightmare. During the 60-day onboarding period there was little to no communication with The Board. Thus they were unprepared to manage our community upon starting our contract and the welcome packet went out to owners with multiple mistakes. We were promised an easy to use and highly customizable portal, but that was not the case. The portal is not user friendly and they were unable to tailor it to our community’s needs. Great North supposedly had a “maintenance team” but here in Rhode Island that team is just one man, while he is very polite, he is very slow moving.
