Graystone Hills

I came in today with my child and I was inquiring about renting. I was automatically welcomed in, although I was very nervous to go inside to ask. I believe her name is Ms. Latoya. She was exceptional! She let me vent and even cry about my journey with hunting for a place to stay and life in general. She gave some awesome advice on what I personally should do, so I can become a future tenant. I believe God places some strangers in front of me for a reason. She didn't judge me or make me feel uncomfortable at all. They gave my daughter all the snacks she wanted. I hope to be able to be a resident one day here. I was amazed at the generosity, which is hard to find these days. Really awesome job, I even got to tour a 2 bedroom and I LOVED IT.

The new property manager, LaToya, is amazing!!! She has been such a great help to any issue I’ve had, always making sure I am taken care of, and is very respectful! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

I moved over here specifically because of the reviews. Mrs Latoya in the office came prove that. The apartments are spacious, mostly quiet, and a respectful community on top of working with you on anything you need. All you have to do is talk to them if you have an issue and they will handle it. FIVE STARS

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the ongoing issues at this property. First, Latoya was the only reason I stayed despite already preparing to take several unresolved issues to court. Now that she has been let go, I will not be renewing my lease, and I strongly advise others to stay away. The plumbing has been terrible since the day I moved in. Toilets and tubs back up for days at a time, which is not only unacceptable but dangerous. Nothing has ever been properly done to fix it. The water pressure is just as bad—water literally drips. It can take days to fill a small pot. These issues have been repeatedly reported with no meaningful resolution. On top of this, the Bilt payment portal did not work this month. I reached out multiple times and also emailed Lona, who I believe

Toya is the absolute best ! She goes above and beyond to ensure her tenants are accommodated. I highly recommend speaking with her at all times. Thank you so much Toya , your warmth and genuine spirit has moved me .
