Granite Court Apartments

The entire complex has 4 guest spots. Every time I have come to visit there is a red Chrysler that has not moved once out of one of them. They clearly haven’t been going anywhere and are not a guest. It’s frustrating having to park down the road to visit when people that live here are clearly taking advantage of guests spots for personal use.

Really bad manager. We leave the apartment in good condition. The manager walked there and don't said nothing bad about the apartment. But two months later, she sent us a letter charging for a door that we did not break. We changed all the bulbs, but she also wanna to make a charge for them. Dishonest and unprofessional manager.

I lived here for twelve months 2014 -2015. Very quite, nice and safe. The manager Beverly is very nice and very helpful. I great place to live.

I have lived here for several years. It's quiet, well maintained, and management and maintenance is wonderful.
