Just wanted to leave a review after moving into my gorgeous two bedroom townhouse ELSEWHERE. I had a very strange conversation with the property manager Shiela (who has other negative reviews naming her specifically, not a shocker) where she expressed that my boyfriend and I moving in together was a red flag, because what if we break up? What a ridiculous question. Married couples are divorcing every single day that wouldn’t be a garuntee of anything on their end, or did she think moving in with a total stranger as a roommate is more of the norm? I’m sure they’ll find someone to fill the spot, just like MY BF AND I found our townhouse so all is well - however I wanted to voice how offended I was by being under absurd scrutiny involving my relationship, that this woman knows nothing of, for

Don’t rent at this apartment! Me and my husband moved in 3 days ago and are already having issues with neighbors and parking. I brought it up to the property manager Sheila and she basically said she didn’t believe me. Once she got us in the apartment she could care less about our concerns. This property is not worth the 2450 we pay doesn’t come with any amenities. They claimed they renovated this apartment but the wood floors are filthy and have gum stuck to the floor throughout the apartment. Everything is done cheap. All they care about is money here don’t rent at this place. Once our lease is up we are out! 2 month Update! This apartment complex is terrible. I put in a maintenance request to fix both doors front and back entrance because we were having issues entering. Both myself and

This complex has gone down the drain since new ownership has taken over. You can never get an answer from anyone, since they updated to wifi washing machines they never work last time they were oos it took over three weeks to be fixed. For the amount of rent people pay here things should be run a little bit more smoothly and proficient. Parking permits for cars were implemented and yet still no parking for tenants that live here. Garages being rented to people who don’t even reside on the premises. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give zero stars if it was applicable.

Horrible Experience, my partner and I stopped by the property without an appointment, after not being able to connect with someone via email or phone. We came across a woman at the leasing office who came to the door with a look of slight disdain on her face after she looked at my partner and I. I greeted her and expressed what I was Ideally looking for, she remained in the door way without inviting us inside and rudely declared she had no availability without much further information. The entire experience was extremely off putting and as we are both gay POC we felt discriminated against.

My lease is up April 30th. In my opinion it was a pleasure living at this location, although the rent for the space we had was a little over priced. The newly finished kitchen was beautiful, the washer and dryer in apartments were convenient but quite small and at times the parking was frustrating. It seemed as though we always had a different property manager, and were never told but Joe the super of the property was wonderful and helpful and remained consistent through the year I stayed here. It is advertised that there is a balcony - there is not haha and if they tell you they are working on the parking situation this is also a lie. Many apartments deal with bugs/roaches due to the close proximity of tenants, however I am so thankful to say this apartment was always clean and never saw
