Grandeville On Saxon

I’m loving to live in here, it’s been 4 months so far and a blessing for me and my wife. It’s a pretty good rent, all services are good, it’s a quiet neighborhood honestly and the office team is very committed to help and communicate with us. We even got 1 month and a half free which helped us to move in and buy the furnitures because we literally had nothing. The only thing I can complain about is really the dog poop, which is not even Grandeville fault, I see them cleaning around and keeping everything nice, but people themselves don’t pick up. This improved in the last weeks, I appreciate everyone for taking efforts to make some changes. I truly recommend this place, is nice, I personally think is beautiful, there’s many good amenities and I’m grateful/ satisfied for my first apartment,

It's a very quiet and peaceful community. I've been living here for over a year, and my experience hasn't been bad at all. I like that the complex organizes events on holidays, such as Easter egg hunts, Christmas door decorating contests, and many other things, not just on holidays. For example, today they gave away breakfast. The things I don't like is the pricing, in my opinion they charge too much for what they offer. Also the landscaping around it's been very neglected since I moved in. It would be awesome if they install lights inside the basketball court for those who like to play a little at night.

I looked at a couple different places before I decided to apply for this complex and Stephanie Maldonado was absolutely fantastic with the application process! She answered every question I had and helped get everything set up in a timely manner. Great customer service! The complex is nice and mostly clean, with a decent amount of amenities that they offer. the apartment itself is spacious with decent appliances and overall feels very nice. I'm glad I decided to choose this as my first place to live by myself!

I just moved in here so no issues yet. Beautiful property. they have the cutest dog walk area, which I love for my pup. Both ladies in the office were so friendly, but Stephanie was absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end. Only complaint is not enough lighting or ceiling fans in the bedroom/living room. But that's more of a personal thing. So no real complaints here. Other than that, super happy with everything! I just have to mention that somebody Has a complaint on here about the little trash bandits (raccoons) Who doesn't like those cutie babies? I would love to see them come up. 🤭

I love this place can’t complain. Everything been going so good maintenance is always on time 24 hours service and they take out the trash. I love this place so much for my first apartment. I’m glad I picked this one.
