Grand Oaks by Pulte Homes

Would leave zero stars if I could. The women working the amenity center have the nastiest disposition I have encountered. A few weeks ago there were signs saying all are welcome to the playground. My family went today and were talked to like the trash that rolled in. No, “I’m sorry for the confusion” or anything. Immediately we were pointed at and threatened with raised voices. Ridiculous. Unless you want and enjoy the big brother type HOA I would avoid this neighborhood at all cost. We live in trailmark and treat everyone with respect and kindness. Try our neighborhood out instead.

I love my neighbors but my home wasn’t quality my oven and microwave and even the lights are awfully inadequate the electrician was awful I’ve gotten complaint after complaint about this and that and they only offer short term solutions I would really like to be compensated for my troubles and each time I ask about compensation I’m negated or the topic is changed and after everything I still haven’t sued even though I should

We liked this place so much we've bought a home here. Bill Watson was extremely helpful in the selection process.

Love how this place looks, most homes are either on a preserve or lake.
