Grand Oak Preserve

Friends that live here have very nice homes. HOA is too hogh.

I didn't go there and buy anything but it came in my Google review I must have been near it

The community was nice, but unfortunately the builder, Adams Homes, is terrible. We signed our contract in November 2020 and still were not even to drywall by October 2021. It took them almost five months to even start building and there is very little communication and no pictures ever sent. We decided after five months of building and little progress we would walk the property with their permission. When we walked the property we found that they had not followed the blueprints and forgotten to install our shower in the master bath. After two more months of waiting for them to fix it with no more progress we got out of our contract. They were happy to let us out because now they will make more money on the house. It is amazing to me how much quicker they started moving once we cancelled.

The sales associate Leann Walls was so very professional and knew more details then I could even think of asking. Must see neighborhood with great looking homes.

Nice place to living. The silence is the best characteristics of this place.
