Grand Mesa Apartments

I moved into the complex at the end of 2019(Shortly after the building had been built), from the start had an issue with a neighbor in my building in the complex, called the prior management and it was supposed to be resolved(police have been involved multiple times from 2019-2023), fast forward to 2023, the issues were never resolved, the issues still continue against myself and other neighbors and has only gotten worse with time. Rent was increased in the middle of the year in 2022, for upkeeping the property, yet no kind of upkeep has been or was done in time since least a year but rent was increased for it. It seems this property has a huge problem with tenants and prospective tenants not being able to contact anyone and it goes back several years. I'm a prospective tenant and I also cannot contact anyone and won't be able to rent in such a nice community, with serious management issues.

The apartments are nice. The lady that runs them is quite rude though. If she sees you instead of beginning with a "hello" or "how are you?" It's an instant "be sure to pick up after your dog" or some other thing that I always do without being prompted. Also if she makes a mistake she won't apologize and move on. She just pretends like she didn't make a mistake. I find that very frustrating as a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. She also contacted my therapist regarding my Emotional Support Letter which is highly inappropriate and may violate HIPPA laws. They also only have one dumpster for two large buildings which can get quite gross. I just never reach out to the manager for anything as she treats everyone like they are inferior.

Worst place iever lived. Poor to no maintenance, no handicap egress on west side of building one, bully in apartment 516 harasses everyone and nothing was done about it for 3 years of complaints. Physically assaulted me (police confirmed but nothing done) so i was forced to put all property in storage and be homeless. Thanks staff for all your worthlessness...
