Joey and Dwayne are amazing. They assessed and fixed my heat quickly, professionally, and efficiently all without interrupting my working from home. Any needs I have these gentlemen do the best job at assuring they are resolved that day. THANKS FOR MAKING GRAFTON STATION wonderful!.

I lived here and regretted it every single day. Honestly, where do I even begin? The mold: It was bad. In the walls, the outside storage, the vents, and randomly appearing on ceilings and walls. When you report it, all you get is, “Did you clean it?” Obviously, yes—otherwise I wouldn’t be calling. Their solution was to recommend we buy an air purifier. If you have allergies, good luck. The bugs: I’m not exaggerating—thousands. I understand apartment living can come with pests, but when you deep-clean constantly and still walk into your kitchen at night to see hundreds of bugs scattering, there’s a bigger issue. They spray and charge you monthly for pest control, yet they do the bare minimum. I had never in my life seen both German and American cockroaches freely climbing trees and bushes

Dwayne and Joey always come to my recuse when something goes on and they always fix things and if they can’t fix it they make a way for a new thing that’s broken or they figure out something. The maintenance men here are so great and I’m so thankful for Dwayne and Joey for fixing all the things I needed . Love grafton station and the whole crew it’s a wonderful helpful family lik place

The maintenance is always great at Grafton Station, especially Joey. Hey is always extremely helpful and personable. Met Dwayne for the first time and he was really cool too. They tag teamed a few things that needed done on the apartment quick and easy.

Dwayne & Joey were fabulous. My heater wasn't working & they were on it. Within an hour I was enjoying a nice warm apt. Very friendly people. I truly appreciate them working in the cold to get my heat working
