My Golden West home was bought new in 1997 . Most of the workmanship was very good however recently when I went to change out the vanity lights in the bathroom my son in law found a huge hole in the wall behind where the original lights were placed

Every review you read below is accurate. This place makes terrible crappy homes. The paint sucks, half the cupboards are chipped from nails they put in. On the outside the siding is already falling apart. We have only lived in it for 6 months and it looks like it’s 5+ years old. Don’t recommend.

You don't get what you pay for with these homes. They are garbage and will literally start falling apart within a year. I would never recommend this companys builds.

Don't buy from them. All they build is junk. You will regret it . They don't warranty shit . They suck. BEWARE
