Gold Key Property Management

I am a property owner with two large dogs That can no longer roam in my backyard. I live next to one of gold keys poorly maintain properties who also has large dogs. There was a large tree from their property that fell over in a storm on my property. I called them to report the The damages from the tree falling onto my property In destroying my fence. I have serious concerns with the maintenance and safety of Gold key properties and the way they handle business. It has been almost a year now and I’m told by Gold Key property Management that the damages are my problem and I need to take care of my damages myself. My neighbors Porch was damaged when the tree fell and they only fixed it partially and it is still unsafe. I DON’T RECOMMEND! Poor maintenance!

Services are horrible. Maintenance requests barely get fulfilled. If you don’t stay on top of your requests they’ll lie & say they have been fixed. They don’t communicate properly. Get ready to find your own handymen even tho YOUR PAYING THEM!!

Just say no to this company. I know someone that lives in one of their homes and the house is a total disaster. Oh and did you know it is illegal in the state of Indiana to charge a processing fee on a debit card even if it's run as a credit card? They charge a processing fee every month on top of their rent. Wonder why no one is challenged that

It was just a waste of time you really should tell people from the start that if you're on a fixed income you don't qualify you wait til I found something I can afford just to tell me I need 3 time my income to qualify that way we don't spend wasted time when time is precious I was on the verge of homelessness and told them that did I get any compassion for my situation no they didn't even care I wish people would show a little care or compassion for the less fortunate my situation my partner of 43 yrs passed away his house stayed with him his boys wanted to sale the so I was lost about to be homeless and was turned away thanks a lot God made a way for me if not for his graces I'd be .. well I don't know where I would be so thanks for nothing and for the next person that needs your help

Goldkey is a good rental company and the staff is easy to work with. Repairs are usually done in a timely matter. My only issue is If I left the property in the same condition I moved in or better and it's put up for rent the next week & I'm assuming it's Now rented 3 weeks later Why on Earth am I waiting 45 Days for my security deposit. There wasn't anything they had to do but "Maybe" mop the kitchen floor. I just think 45 days is Extremely to long especially when it was left in "Excellent condition". I am Not ok with this at all!!!!!
